Refund and Returns Policy
At Kelldigital, we understand how busy life can get. That’s why we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. If you need to request a return or refund, here’s everything you need to know.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products like templates and downloadable resources, all sales are final. Once the product has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you have trouble accessing your download, please reach out—we’re here to help!
Physical Products
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If your physical item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Here’s what qualifies for a return:
- The item is damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item.
Please note: Personalized or custom-made physical items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at ollamediainfo@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Return Approval: We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.
- Shipping: Once approved, you’ll be given details on where to send the item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is posted.
- Contact your bank for processing updates.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are final sale.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at ollamediainfo@gmail.com.
